W2 offers the latest in group exercise -- from strength training to the peaceful meditation of yoga. It's both fun and effective. We hold our classes at all hours of the day to fit your busy schedule.

- Abs and Back: A class dedicated to strengthen your abs and back areas.
- Abs and Stretch: The first half-hour of this class is dedicated to strengthening your abs. While the second portion focuses on a beginners Yoga to help you get a good stretch after a hard workout.
- Aqua Aerobics: Experience the freedom of exercising in water! Improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and core stabilization in an environment that offers little to no impact to your skeletal structure. Maximum 12 people per class.
- Aqua Deep Water Aerobics: A combination of standard aqua aerobics at the shallow end of the pool with deep-water aerobics at the deep end of the pool (which activates your core muscles).
- Ball Dynamics: This class utilizes a stability ball and will encompass core strength, balance and stretch movements accomplishing a well rounded body workout.
- Burn: A high-intensity session designed to not only burn calories but to burn your arms, thighs, butt and abs down to a stronger more toned physique.
- Hi-Low Aerobics: A great aerobic workout without complicated choreography. Classic aerobics at its best!
- High Energy: A toning and sculpting class that utilizes the step bench for cardio and weights to build muscle.
- Intro to Astanga Yoga: This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This produces an intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a strong body, and a calm mind.
- Kickboxing: Grasp a solid understanding of the skills central to kickboxing. Strengthen your core muscles, increase your endurance and self-confidence - it's not how fast you do it, but how well you do it.
- Latin Dance: Learn the different types of Latin dancing and have a good fun, hot and sexy workout.
- Pilates: Designed to work the muscles of the "core" -- abs, gluts, hips, thighs, and lower back -- this class helps you be more aware of what your body is doing. This creates more efficient body movements, which increases strength and flexibility. Good for all age groups and fitness levels.
- Rise and Shine Fitness: Get up, get motivated and get FIT! Do it early before anything gets in your way! Join in total body training, mindfully designed to deliver MAXIMUM RESULTS!
- W2 Step: A highly energetic class packed with fun, imaginative step choreography to help you get fit quick, burn plenty of calories and tone up fast.
- Step & Pump: This class begins with a traditional step class to bring up your heart rate and ends with weight training to get your muscles nice and pumped.
- Stretch n' Balance: Challenge yourself and improve your balance! With creative stabilizing moves mixed with stretching, this class is the perfect compliment to all that stress you put your body through.
- Tai Chi: Although Tai Chi has gained notoriety in the West primarily as an exercise for the elderly, it is an exhilarating art for people of all ages. Tai Chi develops lower body strength and whole-body flexibility. The class is in a rarely taught style called Chiu style.
- Total Strength: A class utilizing plyometrics, weights, and stability balls to increase muscle strength and cardio endurance. Emphasizes the buttocks, hips, upper body, & core strength.
- Zumba: A fusion of Latin and international music-dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
