Opened in November 2005, W2 is a family-owned and family-operated business dedicated to making the lives of Hawaii's women better through improving health and wellness. W2 was opened on the site of the former Spa Fitness Center after an extensive renovation, which included a complete repainting, the reopening of the swimming pool, steam room and sauna, plus an upgrade of the locker room and vanity area for exclusive women's use.

The name W2 (as in W to the power of two) comes from our full name, Women's Wellness and Fitness Center . . . just take the first letters from the words Women's Wellness. But it's more than just that. It's a reflection of our mission -- to improve the lives of women. The staff of W2 believes that we can exponentially improve a person's life through better health and fitness.
